Privacy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Pablo Adell ("I", "me" or "my") values your privacy. This policy describes what information I obtain from people who use my personal website at https://pavs.dev and how I use it.

Overview

  • You can use the site without providing any personal data. If you choose to use the contact form on /consulting, the fields you submit (name, email, company, and your message) are emailed to me via Resend, Inc. acting as a processor, and kept only in my mailbox for as long as needed to respond. Nothing from the form is stored in a database or used for marketing.
  • I will never use your IP address for marketing or advertising purposes and my systems are not designed to associate your IP address with identifying information.
  • The site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-less and reports aggregated page views only.
  • I update this policy whenever my practices or applicable law change.

Information I collect

Automatically

  • Basic usage data, such as browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed and the page that referred you, collected in aggregate by Vercel Analytics.
  • Your IP address, which is processed only to keep the site secure, to derive an approximate location (such as country) for aggregate analytics, and to establish the network connection that serves the site.

When you contact me

If you submit the contact form, I receive the name, email address, optional company, project details and message you enter. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you send.

How I use it

  • Provide the site and respond to you: to serve pages and to answer your enquiries.
  • Improve the site: to understand in aggregate how pages are used.
  • Legal compliance: where applicable laws and regulations require it.

Contact

If you have questions about my approach to privacy, want your contact-form message deleted, or would like to make a complaint, email me@pavs.dev.

Changes to this policy

This policy is current as of the date above. If I change it, I will revise that date, and for material changes I will add a notice on the site.
